A week ago Friday the Minnesota State University Mankato Mavericks visited the UW Eau Claire Blugolds.
Winona natives Alyssa Trainor (UWE) and Mary Bastian ( MSUM) were both in action.
Alyssa continues to rehab from her shoulder surgery and swam the 100BK in 1:10.99 taking a 10th place and the 3rd leg of the UWE “C” 200FR Relay in 27.94 taking 5th.
Mary swam the Fly portion of the MSUM “A” 200Med Rly in 29.00 taking 4th. She swam a 1:06.82 for 6th place in the 100BF. Lastly she swam the Leadoff in the MSUM “A” 200FR Rly in 26.54 that took 2nd place.
