What's this about truth stuff? Mom said my cousin went away seeking truth and we didn’t see him for 5 years, no way!

Wondering what this True Team Section meet is about? 

True Team competition is based on the idea that every team member's performance counts toward the team's score in competition. 

Rather than only scoring 1^st - 5^th like in a dual, or 1^st -16^th like at Conference, Sections and State, in True Team, everyone that swims scores. If there are 32 entries, then 1^st place gets 32 points, and 32^nd place gets 1 point. 

It is a measure of a team’s depth, rather than a handful of scoring swimmers. 

The competition uses the same Sections as the State Team/Individual Championships, and there is a State True Team Championship as well, the following weekend from the Sections. Each winner of the Section True Team gets to proceed on to the State True Team.
